Enrollment Contracts

GRACE schools work together in many ways to make Catholic education affordable. Each school establishes engagement opportunities and participation requirements for families as part of their commitment to their child/ren’s education.

All GRACE families are responsible for fulfilling various financial and community commitments. These requirements include general tuition and fees in addition to family engagement involving SCRIP purchase, volunteer hours, third-source fundraising (TSF) hours, and fundraising initiatives. These expectations vary at each GRACE school and are overseen by the school’s Site Advisory Council.

  • Please read and understand the Enrollment Contract for your school provided below.
  • For families who have children in both preschool and K-12 grades, the K-12 Enrollment Contract applies.
  • Expectations are per family, per school.
  • Although expectations are per family, parent(s) are required to document their family’s commitment in the Family Engagement section of the online enrollment process for each child being enrolled.
    • If a family with more than one child selects a buyout during registration, only one buyout per engagement category per family will populate into the family’s tuition agreement.
