New Family Referral Incentive


Refer a family new to GRACE and receive $200.

GRACE invites all families with children enrolled in our GRACE schools to support our enrollment growth by referring other families to join GRACE. 

Personal recommendations, and sharing positive school experiences with other families in the community help to build up our schools. To recognize and honor the good work our families do with word-of-mouth referrals that result in a new family joining GRACE, GRACE offers a $200 incentive, redeemable through tuition credit or a gift card.

Applications will be verified by GRACE school principal and GRACE enrollment.

Definitions and Process

Referring Family

  • An eligible referring family is a family with a child that will be enrolled in GRACE during the same school year as the new family. 
  • Only one referring family can claim the incentive for a new referral family. 
  • The referral incentive is per new family, not based on the number of children enrolled. 
  • The referral will be verified by the GRACE school principal and GRACE enrollment.
  • The referring family must complete and submit the GRACE New Family Referral Incentive Application electronically prior to the first day of the academic year.
    • The referral and enrollment will be verified by GRACE staff in mid-September after the official enrollment reporting date.
  • For new families who apply, are accepted and enroll during the academic year, the referring family must complete and submit the GRACE New Family Referral Incentive Application electronically within 30 days of the new family enrolling.

New Family

  • A family that is new to GRACE with at least one student in grades PK-12 in the crediting year.
  • And the family does not have a child currently enrolled and attending a GRACE school.
  • And the family has not previously had a child enrolled/attending a GRACE school.

Incentive

  • There are two incentive options.
    • Tuition Credit: The $200 incentive can be applied to the referring family’s TADS Billing Account to reduce tuition in the same academic year the new family’s child/ren is enrolled in. Tuition credits will be posted in September (or to the billing invoice following the new family’s enrollment for those who apply are accepted and enroll during the academic year) for verified applications.
    • Gift Card: Alternatively, a $200 gift card to a local grocery store may be selected by the referring family in lieu of the tuition credit.
  • The referring family will select their incentive option within their submitted GRACE New Family Referral Incentive Application.
  • The incentive, whether tuition credit or gift card, will be processed in mid-September after the official enrollment reporting date, or the bill following the new family’s enrollment.
  • Only one referring family can claim the incentive for a new referral family.
  • The referral incentive is per new family, not based on the number of children enrolled.
