Site Advisory Councils

About

Each of our GRACE schools has a Site Advisory Council, which serves as an important parent and parish member body to support the mission of GRACE schools.

Site Advisory Council members advise the school in accordance with the GRACE mission statement by fostering Catholic leadership and witnessing the Gospel message, embracing a stewardship way of life and striving for moral and academic excellence.

Site Advisory Council members educate parents and students on school and GRACE matters, support efforts for marketing, enrollment and retention of school families, and help oversee site-based fundraising, including Third Source Funding. They also support their school principal on matters related to policy, operation, budgets and programming at the school.

Fundraisers

Each school hosts their own fundraisers annually. These fundraisers have a large impact not just on the school itself, but the community that surrounds it! Here are some of the major fundraisers taking place during the 2023-24 school year:

  • Fall Fest – September 16, 2023 – Holy Family Catholic School
  • Thunderbolts Night Out at the Automobile Gallery – October 21, 2023 – Holy Cross Catholic School
  • Rise Up Raider Night – November 10, 2023 – Notre Dame of De Pere
  • Give Back to the Future – November 11, 2023 – Father Allouez Catholic School
  • Light Up Lourdes at Stadium View – November 11, 2023 – Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School
  • Two Wings Gala at the Ledgecrest Reserve – April 5, 2024 – St. John Paul II Classical School and Chesterton Academy
  • Spring Auction at the Rock Gardens – April 6, 2024 – St. John the Baptist School
  • Spring Fling – April 28, 2024 – St. Bernard Catholic School
