Tuition and Fees

Enrollment Fee

The enrollment fee is per family and nonrefundable. Receive the lower incentive rate by enrolling early. For the 2024-25 school year, the Early Enrollment Incentive fee rates are:

  • $50 – during Catholic Schools Week, through February 4, 2024
  • $100 – February 5-29, 2024
  • $125 – beginning March 1, 2024

Tuition

GRACE works with families to find a way to make a Catholic education accessible no matter your economic situation.

Our affiliated GRACE parishes contribute significantly to make Catholic education affordable, providing for reduced tuition (via the Active Parishioner Incentive) for families who are registered members in good standing. Within the 2024-25 enrollment process, the Standard Tuition Rate will be listed in the TADS Tuition Agreement for students enrolled in grades K-12. Families are to complete the enrollment process in its entirety at the Standard Tuition Rate. Following enrollment, the Parish Verification process is to be completed by the family with their GRACE affiliated parish. Upon submission of the completed Parish Verification Form, the tuition rate will be adjusted in the family’s TADS Billing Account with the Active Parishioner Incentive. The Parish Verification Form and instructions will be available online in the TADS system during the enrollment process but is also posted below. The Form is to be completed and submitted by the family to the GRACE Riverside Office by June 1, 2024 (payment plans begin July 1st).

Paying Tuition

During the enrollment process, families are required to complete a tuition agreement and set up a payment plan to design how your family will pay tuition. Tuition can be paid in full or your family can select an individual payment plan. For families who are paying tuition in full, the full amount is due in July. For families who are selecting a payment plan, the first payment is due in July and you can select the duration of your payments that work for your family financially.

Tuition payments may be made on four different schedules:

  • 1 payment (July)
  • 2 payments (July, December)
  • 3 payments (July, November, March)
  • 10 payments (July-April)

Families may make payments online via their TADS Billing Account. Acceptable payments include auto bank draft (ACH) or credit cards (American Express, Discover, Visa and Master Card). The GRACE School System’s Riverside Office also accepts payments via cash, check, money order or credit card.

  • New for 2024-25:  For families who wish to make their tuition and fees payments via online bank account transfers in the TADS system, there will be no transactional fees.  However, TADS will continue to impose a 3% convenience fee for credit card payments.

Late tuition payments will incur a $40 Invoice Late Payment Fee.
