Welcoming Our New Executive Director of Learning

We are GRACE logo

We’re excited to announce that, beginning August 4, Dr. Stephanie Shedrow will join GRACE Schools as the Executive Director of Learning!

In the position, Dr. Shedrow will guide and support principals in strengthening instructional practices and supporting leadership at the school level. She will also oversee the ongoing development and alignment of the GRACE curriculum team, ensuring it maintains high academic rigor and addresses the diverse needs of students as we navigate forward. Additionally, she will lead initiatives focused on improving teacher training through expanding professional development opportunities, and enhancing student achievement across the entire GRACE system.

“I’ve spent many years in teacher preparation, but I missed working directly with teachers and students,” Dr. Shedrow shares, “This opportunity with GRACE brings me back to what I love in building relationships within schools and supporting educators in real time. I’m excited to help strengthen learning at every level.”

A Green Bay native, Dr. Shedrow attended CCD at St. Philip School and was confirmed at St. Bernard Parish. Her professional background includes instructional coaching, curriculum development, and working with students with learning gaps, all experiences that have deepened her commitment to literacy instruction and shaped her collaborative leadership style. She deeply values her connection to the area and its faith community.

Please join us in warmly welcoming Dr. Shedrow to GRACE as we look forward to this new chapter of academic leadership and continued excellence in Catholic education.
