Music Teacher

GRACE St. John Paul II Classical School is seeking a part-time music teacher for students in kindergarten through sixth grade.  The anticipated duration of the position is mid-December through the remainder of the 2018-19 school year.

This is a unique opportunity which allows a flexible scheduling arrangement for five (5) hours weekly. Teaching will include basic music theory and singing lessons in folk and patriotic songs to liturgical music, Gregorian Chant and sacred polyphony to music appreciation.  Singing and piano skills are required.

Our ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic with appropriate educational background, experience working with children, and a passion for teaching the components of our music program.
