Administrative Assistant

GRACE St. John Paul II Classical School is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support the school’s Headmaster.  This is a 20-hour per week position with flexible hours.  Responsibilities include a variety of clerical, secretarial and administrative support functions.  The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to multi-task and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
  • related higher education or training preferred
  • relevant experience preferred
  • practicing Catholic preferred

This individual will be integral in providing enthusiastic openness and support of the Catholic Classical Tradition of St. John Paul II Classical School.

Food Service Manager

GRACE St. Thomas More Catholic School is seeking a Food Service Manager to oversee all school-site food service operations. This position is a 5 day per week school year position (approximately 25 hours per week /42 weeks per year). Music Teacher

GRACE St. John Paul II Classical School is seeking a part-time music teacher for students in kindergarten through sixth grade.  The anticipated duration of the position is mid-December through the remainder of the 2018-19 school year.

This is a unique opportunity which allows a flexible scheduling arrangement for two hours weekly. Teaching will include basic music theory and singing lessons in folk and patriotic songs to liturgical music, Gregorian Chant and sacred polyphony to music appreciation.  Singing and piano skills are required.

Our ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic with appropriate educational background, experience working with children, and a passion for teaching the components of our music program.

Teacher’s Aide

GRACE Holy Family School is looking for an energetic individual to serve as a part-time Early Childhood Education Teacher’s Aide.  Work schedule entails the school days of Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the academic year.  The ideal candidate would possess the following education, skills and characteristics:

  • team player with ability to collaborate effectively with Early Childhood Teachers
  • compassionate and nurturing with a love for children
  • good interpersonal and communications skills

Technology Coordinator

GRACE is seeking a Technology Coordinator to join our Tech Team. This is a 46 week/year, 40 hours/week position.

This position entails a comprehensive array of responsibilities to support not only the day-to-day operations of our schools but also the vision and initiatives of our growing school system.  Responsibilities include those related to technology and data management, performance/scheduling, instructional support, and training.  A professional effective communicator is sought who can manage time wisely, be flexible, adhere to detail and accuracy, and exhibit a strong attention to detail and service while contributing as an essential team member.  Please refer to the position description for a complete position overview:  Technology Coordinator Ministry Profile. 

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a two- or four-year degree in computer science or related area with required competences as outlined in the position’s Ministry Profile.  Experience in an academic setting and Spanish language skills preferred.
