How To Apply

2026-27 Academic Year

Join the GRACE School Community!

We are excited to welcome new students for the 2026–27 academic year. Admission applications will open on January 25, 2026.

In the meantime, families are encouraged to contact their GRACE school of interest to schedule a tour or visit. It’s never too early to make a connection and learn more about the benefits of a GRACE Catholic education.

2025-26 Academic Year: Admissions and enrollment for the 2025-26 continue subject to review and approval. Please contact the GRACE school or the GRACE School System Office for assistance. Should an admission acceptance occur, attendance will be permitted after a minimum of two business days following the completion of the enrollment process. Beginning Trimester 3, admission requests are no longer considered for entry during the current school year.

New Families

The GRACE School System will begin accepting admission applications for the 2026–27 academic year on January 25, 2026.

  • All applications must be submitted online through GRACE’s enrollment management system, TADS.
  • This process is required for all students who are new to the GRACE school for 2026-27.
  • There is no application fee.

Online Enrollment Management System

TADS is GRACE’s online enrollment management system supporting admission, enrollment, billing, and financial aid. Access to TADS will not be available prior to January 25, 2026.

Please select your GRACE school of choice from the list in the Admission Application section below. Once you select your school, you will be immediately taken to the TADS website to create an account and apply. Follow the instructions within TADS to complete the admission application for the 2026-27 academic year for your child and “Submit” when finished. 

Once an admission application is submitted, please follow through on directions provided to you within the application process and wait for further communication. All admission applications undergo review, and the process is not immediate. This review and involved admission evaluation may require an interview and provision of additional information for which you will be contacted by the school office to arrange.

  • Admission application links for 2026-27 will be posted here on January 25, 2026 after 12:00 p.m. (noon).
  • Access to TADS will not be available prior to January 25, 2026.

Admission Review and Decision

All applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the application review and admission evaluation is not immediate. The GRACE school will work closely with families throughout the admission evaluation and communicate the final admission decision once the review is complete.

Enrollment

Upon a decision to accept a child for admission, an email from the school via tads.com will convey formal acceptance of an admission application and instructions to complete the online enrollment process. The online enrollment process involves the following important steps. All steps must be completed in their entirety to reserve each child’s seat for the 2026-27 academic year. It is recommended that the enrollment process be completed in its entirely as soon as possible and within 48 hours of receiving of the acceptance email. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served enrollment basis. If a class reaches capacity, a wait list will be established.

Step 1

Answer required enrollment registration questions for each child.

Step 2

Pay the enrollment fee. This is a per-family non-refundable fee per the enrollment fee schedule applicable at the time of enrollment (see our Tuition and Fees webpage). The TADS system will request the enrollment fee be paid after the registration questions are answered for the first child. If there are additional children to enroll, be sure to continue to complete the registration questions for remaining children and then complete Steps 3 and 4.

Step 3

Create your tuition agreement. Once the enrollment registration questions have been completed for each child and the enrollment fee has been paid, the tuition agreement must be created. Tuition and fees will be outlined along with terms and conditions requiring acknowledgement.

Step 4 

Set up your billing account and payment plan. This step entails design of your payment plan by selecting the desired payment method and schedule from established options. Payment plans begin July 1, 2026.

Step 5 (optional)

After completion of the enrollment process:

  • Parish Verification: To obtain the Active Parishioner Incentive, complete the 2026-27 Parish Verification Form with your GRACE-affiliated parish. Submit your completed 2026-27 Parish Verification Form to the GRACE Riverside Office by June 1, 2026. Details regarding the Active Parishioner Incentive are available on the Tuition and Fees webpage and the Parish Verification Form webpage.
  • GRACE Financial Aid: To apply for GRACE Financial Aid for children enrolled grades K-12, apply online in in the TADS system using the access code provided with your enrollment confirmation message. The deadline to complete GRACE Financial Aid applications is May 1, 2026. Details regarding GRACE Financial Aid are available on the Tuition Assistance webpage.

Seats are filled on a first-come, first-serve enrollment basis. If a class is filled, a wait list is established.
