Congratulations to Father Allouez Catholic School student Dominik, who took 2nd Place at the State Level in the Knights of Columbus State Knowledge Contest in Math on Saturday, April 13 at Assumption High School in Wisconsin Rapids.
To achieve this honor, Dominik competed locally with 976 participants from Grades 5 – 8. Participating local schools were Notre Dame of De Pere, Our Lady of Lourdes, Father Allouez, Holy Cross, West De Pere Intermediate, West De Pere Middle, Foxview Intermediate and De Pere Middle Schools.
The students who placed in Math and Spelling at each grade level advanced to the Diocesan Competition on March 16th. From there, Dominik advanced to the State Level. At the State Level, two students from each Diocese competed and Dominik took 2nd Place for all 5th Graders. Way to go Dominik – we are so proud of you!
