Wisconsin Parental Choice Program
GRACE participates in the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP), also known as Choice or the School Voucher Program. This program allows eligible students who reside in Wisconsin, meet state requirements and are selected by the program to attend Catholic school tuition-free. Pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 115.28 (54m), our schools are required to notify and provide the educational options available to all students who are at least 3 years old, but not yet 18 years old. For Academic Year 2026-27
Apply online during any of the application periods for the 2026–27 Private School Choice Program listed below. All required application documents must be received by 4:00 p.m. on the final day of each application period.

Student Entry Grade Eligibility
Currently Enrolled GRACE Students
- Entering the 4-year-old preschool program (only specific options are eligible)
- Entering kindergarten and first grade
- Entering ninth grade
New Students to GRACE
- Entering the 4-year-old preschool program (only specific options are eligible)
- Entering kindergarten through seventh grade
- Entering ninth, tenth and eleventh grades
Note: GRACE Families with students supported by the Private School Choice Program for the 2025-26 school year must reapply.
Family Income Eligibility
- To qualify for the Choice program, a student must have a family income equal to or less than 220% of the federal poverty level income limits.
- Family size (maximum yearly income in parentheses – single family listing first / married family listing second)
- 2 ($46,530/ – )
- 3 ($58,630 / $65,630)
- 4 ($70,730 / $77,730)
- 5 ($82,830 / $89,830)
- 6 ($94,930 / $101,930)
- Family size (maximum yearly income in parentheses – single family listing first / married family listing second)
Notes: For each additional family member, add $12,100; income levels are Adjusted Gross Income (AGI).
Application Process
- Apply online during any of the application periods for the 2026-27 Private School Choice Program.
- All required application documents must be received by 4 p.m. on the final day of each application period.
- Late applications will not be accepted for any reason.

Random Selection Process
After the close of the open application period, if the number of eligible choice student applications for any grade level exceeds the number of seats available at that grade level, GRACE schools will hold a random drawing to determine which applicants are accepted and the waiting list order. How to Reapply: Current Families
- Complete the online Private School Choice Program application by clicking here.
- Please provide one of the following documents as proof of residency:
- A property tax statement (if applicable), current wage statement (year-end W-2 acceptable), current lease agreement, and bills for electric, gas, water, sewer, cable, landline phone, or internet are accepted. Please note: Cell phone bills, mortgage statements, and credit card statements are NOT accepted.
- Documentation must show the parent’s name and mailing address exactly as submitted in the online Private School Choice Program application.
- Documentation must be current and dated within three months of the Private School Choice Program application period..
- A property tax statement (if applicable), current wage statement (year-end W-2 acceptable), current lease agreement, and bills for electric, gas, water, sewer, cable, landline phone, or internet are accepted. Please note: Cell phone bills, mortgage statements, and credit card statements are NOT accepted.
- Complete the online TADS re-enrollment process for your returning student(s).
How to Apply: New Families
- Complete the online Private School Choice Program application by clicking here.
- Please provide one of the following documents as proof of residency:

- Provide income documentation:
- Submit either a copy of your 2025 federal income taxes or a copy of your 2025 W-2 tax documentation.
- Complete the online TADS admission application for your child(ren) to your GRACE school, and upon acceptance, enroll promptly. View the “How to Apply” page for more information.
When submitting Proof of Residency or Proof of Income for the WPCP, please make sure any full or partial Social Security Numbers on your documents are blocked out before submission to protect your personal information.
