Re-Enrollment

Academic Year 2026-27
On January 23, 2026, re-enrollment launched for current GRACE students at their current GRACE school. Current GRACE families received an email via GRACE’s online enrollment management system, TADS, on that date. This timing provides an early opportunity for current GRACE families to secure their student’s seat for the upcoming school year. Classes are filled based on completed enrollments, and once a class reaches capacity, a waitlist will be started.
- Re-enrollment is for current students at their current GRACE school only.
- The re-enrollment email will contain a link specific to each current student for re-enrollment to the 2026-27 academic year at the student’s current GRACE school.
- This link is specific to the student/family and is not to be used for other students or by other families. The link directs the parent/guardian to the TADS enrollment website where the online re-enrollment process is to be completed in its entirety. Each child’s name will be listed with a prompt to “click here to enroll.”
- Current GRACE families who wish to add new/additional children to their GRACE school are to:
- Re-enroll entirely their current students first (registration, tuition agreement, playment plan); afterward–
- Submit a new admission application for their additional child(ren) by selecting the Admissions tab within the TADS system. All children new to the school must first undergo the admission process.
- Re-enrollment is specific to the current students at his/her current GRACE school.
- If a family is seeking another GRACE school for the 2026-27, the family must contact and meet with their current school principal to present their request.
- Transfers within the GRACE School System are subject to review and approval.
- Should a transfer be approved, the family will be instructed on next steps.
The online re-enrollment process involves the following important steps. All steps must be completed in their entirety to reserve each child’s seat for the 2026-27 academic year. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served enrollment basis. If a class reaches capacity, a wait list will be established. It is recommended that the re-enrollment process be completed in its entirely as soon as possible and within 48 hours of receiving of the re-enrollment welcome email to secure their child’s seat.
Step 1
Answer required enrollment registration questions for each child.
Step 2
Pay the enrollment fee. This is a per-family non-refundable fee per the enrollment fee schedule applicable at the time of enrollment (see our Tuition and Fees webpage). The TADS system will request the enrollment fee be paid after the registration questions are answered for the first child. If there are additional children to re-enroll, be sure to continue to complete the registration questions for remaining children and then complete Steps 3 and 4.
Step 3
Create your tuition agreement. Once the enrollment registration questions have been completed for each child and the enrollment fee has been paid, the tuition agreement must be created. Tuition and fees will be outlined along with terms and conditions requiring acknowledgement.
Step 4
Set up your billing account and payment plan. This step entails design of your payment plan by selecting the desired payment method and schedule from established options. Payment plans begin July 1, 2026.
