GRACE enrollment is processed online using the TADS enrollment system.   Please refer to the process outlined below for returning families or for those families new to GRACE.

2019-20 Academic Year Enrollment

Enrollment officially begins January 27, 2019 – the beginning of Catholic Schools Weeks.

Returning GRACE Families

On January 25, 2019, GRACE families will be sent a re-enrollment email from School Name <> (i.e. St. John the Baptist School <>) with a link specific to each current student which will take the parent/guardian to the TADS enrollment website. Enrollment for each child must be done before progressing to pay the required Enrollment Fee and set up the required Tuition Agreement and Payment Plan. The Enrollment/Tuition Agreement/Payment Plan process must be completed in its entirety to reserve your child’s seat at the GRACE school for fall 2019.  Payment plans begin after July 1, 2019 as you designate within your payment plan set up.

New Families – Getting Started is Easy!

To set up your account, select your school of choice from the list below. Once you select your school, you will be directed to the TADS website to create a new account. Follow the instructions within TADS to complete the admission application for the 2019-20 academic year for your child and “Submit” when finished.  Once finished, please wait until you receive further instructions via email to complete the enrollment process once your application is accepted by GRACE.

Once your Admissions Application has been accepted, you will receive an email from School Name <> (i.e. St. John the Baptist School <>) with a specific link.  Select the link to complete the enrollment process for your child.  When you complete the enrollment section for your child(ren), you will be required to, and prompted to, complete a tuition agreement and set up a payment plan in the TADS system.  Once you complete these steps in their entirety, your child’s seat will be reserved for the 2019-20 academic year.  Seats are filled on a first-come basis.  If a class is full, your child will be placed on a wait list, and you will be notified when a seat opens up.

GRACE: Gold Summer Camp 2019

Enrollment for GRACE: Gold Summer Camp 2019 is to be announced.  Stay tuned for details which will be posted as they become available.

2018-19 Academic Year Enrollment

Open enrollment for the 2018-19 academic year has ended.  Any request for enrollment during the school year must be reviewed and approved by administration.
